These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rovet ("Rovet", "we", "us", "our"), an AI-powered website builder available at rovet.in, operated by Tweaki LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("Company", "Tweaki LLP").

By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using Rovet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About the Service

Rovet allows users to instantly generate and publish a website by either:

• describing their website idea to our AI generation tool, or
• pasting/uploading their own HTML code into our Code Builder,

and then publishing the resulting website to a free Rovet subdomain or a connected custom domain.

Rovet is provided by Tweaki LLP. Any reference to "Rovet" in these Terms refers to this service as operated by Tweaki LLP.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features of Rovet.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including email/password or Google sign-in) and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Rovet offers a Starter Plan and a Business Plan, along with any other plans listed on rovet.in from time to time. Current pricing, features, and validity periods (e.g., subscription duration) are as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We may change our plans, pricing, or features at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect a plan you have already purchased for its current validity period.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Rovet does not store your full card or payment credentials.
• By making a payment, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee for the plan selected.
• All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: once a website has been generated/created under a paid plan, the fee is non-refundable. Refunds are considered only in specific circumstances described in the Refund Policy.

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content, text, images, and code you submit, describe, paste, or upload to Rovet ("Your Content").
• You grant Rovet a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of generating, publishing, and operating your website.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.
• AI-generated output is based on your description/prompt. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rovet to build or publish a website that:

• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• contains malware, phishing content, or is used for fraud;
• promotes illegal activity, hate speech, or violence;
• violates applicable Indian law or the law of your target audience.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any website that violates this section, without refund.

8. Hosting, Subdomains, and Custom Domains

• Websites built on the free plan are published on a Rovet subdomain (e.g., yourname.rovet.in).
• You may connect your own custom domain where supported by your plan; you are responsible for domain registration and DNS configuration for domains you own.
• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free hosting. Scheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Termination

• You may stop using Rovet at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account or published website if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the service.
• Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining validity period of your plan.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Rovet is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing your website before publishing.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweaki LLP's total liability arising from your use of Rovet shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable plan in the preceding 3 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City], Kerala, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of Rovet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
